Shipping Policies
Our order processing times are seperate from the estimated delivery times seen at checkout
The estimated shipping times are seperate from the order processing times. Each of our items are handmade and due to busy seasons some will take longer than others. We aim to ship all of our orders within 5 working days and then your shipping estimate time will start from the date of your dispatch email. So please allow time for your order if you need it for an occasion.
Once we have dispatched your parcel it is then not in our control. If there are delays with the delivery service this may effect your parcels delivery time. Please keep an eye on any strikes and also our instagram for delay updates.
Local Collection
We offer free local collection on orders to save you form the shipping fees! Our pickup is based in Ipswich and you can just choose to pickup your order, on occasion same day, if you live nearby! Please contact me via our contact form or Instagram DM with your name and order number to arrange collection.

Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered as long as the product has not been used and is in its original packaging. If you meet those rules you can receive a full refund, excluding your shipping cost, to the payment method used.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way please contact us at kinnyco@yahoo.com with your name, order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case by case basis and will always try our best to rectify the situation in a fast manner but please bare in mind I'm only a one person team as of right now.

We have pop ups on our website that allows you to manage your cookies and the data we collect from you. We need your permission before we collect any and it is never shared with 3rd parties.
